About a tracking number, valid or not

Hello,
I have placed an order on a shop and I want information about a tracking number that they sent me. I have reasonable doubts that they are a fraud.
The tracking number tha they sent me was LZ651017236CN by china post and it should have been active after 31-1-2021. That is the date that I had shippment confirmation from their site.

The seller shipped it on Feb.24. Here is the tracking information available:

Package status: In transit
Country: China -> Greece
