The tracking number is RH 2380 0706 5 PT Did the person received the package? Did the person asked about the package? Does the person know about the package? Thank you

Hi Ana,

Could you contact the recipient to ask if he has received the package? There is no further update for this package after Nov. 1. The recipient may has got it but the tracking information doesn't update. Another situation is that it's stuck in Guangzhou and not move.

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
