A returned package

Hello i had a package that came from China to the US and it has rejected for no reason addressed. Now it has returned to China and I contacted the seller and said that he did not get or received the package yet nor the information if it is coming back to him or not. I want to know what happened to my package? And where is it?. Please i need information about my package it has been more than 44 days in transit. Thanks.

Hi Abdulaziz,

It's returned back to China and the package is stuck in Guangzhou now. It takes more days for it to be returned back to the seller.
