My tracking id is RC737454882SG. It has been held by the Custom of China for more than 10 days. The item was supposed to send to the JingDong customer sales department for the refund of cancellation of the online purchase. The receiver only gave me a JD landline customer number which I wrote on the package.
Can you please help me check with this package?

It's retained by the customs now. It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
