I have tried to get my parcel that was sent from USA and i have not been able . when i contact the people in America they tell me it has arrived China already but i have not received it. It was suppose to take 3 business days but its more than 10 business days now. i need help please .

I could only get your package was sent out on July 15th. There is no further information after that. It may couldn't be tracked after it left USA. If it's sent by air, I think you will get it in these days.

If I understood you well. Were you trying to say it could arrive one of this days . If so please send me and email to notify me when it arrives . Thanks in advance

For tracking number staring with L and ending with US, it couldn't be tracked after it's in China. So, we couldn't give you any notification once it arrives. You can only wait for the call by the carrier.
