A package that was sent from the UK hasn't been delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing this message because a book that I ordered from Amazon in the UK hasn't been delivered and I've been waiting 3 weeks now. There is no tracking number, so I'd like to know how I can find out about my package. I have lived in numerous countries around the world, such as Japan, Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia etc and I have never had a problem with packages being sent from the UK, so I would like to know why I have a problem in China. I have payed for the package but China Post seems to have lost my package. Has it been stolen by one of your employees? Do you know when you lost my package?

As you don't know the tracking number for your package, your package couldn't be tracked. There should be a tracking number. You'd better contact the seller to ask. Or, it's hard to know where it is now.
