60+ days and my package (CP420396326CN) hasn't left Shanghai

It looks like it never made it to the customs exchange or a carrier. This is a big item and is meant for sea shipping, so I know that takes a very long time, but it looks like this package never left China. Do I need to reach out to my seller?

Hi saltybirb,

It may couldn't be tracked after it leaves for some stations in China. So you couldn't get update after June 20. I suggest you wait for one more month to see if you could receive it. If no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
