46 days and not delivered

Hi, This package left from Shenzen to Europe and it was scheduled via Hong Kong but according Post service never arrived to Hong Kong. Its lost between Shenzen and Hong Kong. LE572784006CN.

Can you check what can be done?

It left China on October 23 and is in transit to Slovakia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-50 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
