4 parcels the first 2 massively delayed. Can I have an update? Thank you
EB715164282CN - Sent 3/17. Until now it did not leave China. 35 days in China... Can i have an update?
EB715980348CN - from 4/2 delivered to air transport. Can you check if left China?
EB716748339CN - Can you check if left China?
EB362523252CN - Tracking says "reached the place of arrival" but it isnt in my country... Where is it?

Hi joexa,

There are no update for them at present. EB715980348CN should have left China and EB715164282CN and EB716748339CN are still in China now. There is no tracking information for EB362523252CN. Remember to contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive them in time.

Parcel says flight arrived 1 minute after departure? (1 reply)

A few of my parcels that are from China to Australia have strange tracking??? All 3 say "航空公司启运" and then 1 minute later the tracking adds "飞机进港." Is this a mistake or are my parcels delayed??? My tracking numbers are LX273959434CN, UJ945306529CN and UJ941162356CN. If you could check this for me, that would be great! I am a little concerned about why they've been delayed for a few days or why they've been delayed at all - these are clothing items
