I opened a dispute on 13 august and aliexpress said i have to wait 10 more days, 10 days are now gone but aliexpress still not making any discussion. I cancel my dispute and open it again today 24 august and AE still says wait for 10 more days. it's been nearly 3 month and buyer protection date suppose to end on 29 august but my product page also says " If your order does not arrive on 2020-09-03" why till 3rd September?

I ordered some things since May 1st and the only updates I’ve gotten is that it’s at a sorting centre. That was the last update since May 3rd. I ordered it expecting to receive it by June 5th at the latest and now I’m seeing that it may take 70 days. Can you please help me to find my package as I need it very soon?
