3 x packages ordered from Aliexpress, 1 x delivered but 2 x gone stuck LTU

Dear all,
This is asking for a friend. She was set to receive 3 x packages (CP432723947CN / CY000279761CN / CY000279775CN) from Aliexpress, ordered in Feb 2021. One (CP432723947CN) of the 3 x packages was successfully delivered in Mar 2021, however the two others (CY000279761CN / CY000279775CN) are still yet to arrive. After some digging, since I was able to talk to the representative from ChinaPost, it seems that the two packages are right now still in the distribution center in Lituania. Here's what I suspected: All 3 x were destined to Brest, France, 2 of which were wrongly programmed to be sent to Brest, Belarus. And since then they were returned to the distribution center in LTU. Apparently, ChinaPost don't want to deal with this as those packets are already oversea. Instead, I was given two numbers of telephone (1. Customer service in LTU of ?? 2. Lithuanian Customs). The fact that not being able to speak the local language takes me nowhere... Could anyone please suggest anything that can help get this thing moving? Since it's been 4 months, the buyer protection has already expired.

CY000279761CN and CY000279775CN have been stuck in Belarus for a long time. They may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get refund from them as soon as possible.
