3 packages sent 7 days ago still show no record of shipment

Hello,
I received an email that said my package was shipped 7 days ago. But still today when I use the tracking number it says no package found. When should I expect to see the tracking record?

Hi Raphael Utterback,

If there is no tracking information for it. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
