28 days in transit!

I understand that because of the covid19 it takes longer to arrive but is it normal that my package has been stuck in “delivered to transport” for 24 days(LY148680530CN)!!!??! And will it be the same for my other two packages? LY147880322CN, LY151345710CN

Hi Lisa,

It takes about 7-10 days for them to leave China after they were delivered to air transport. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
