24 days in "hand over to airline"

Hey there!
I've got two packages out of 4 total I ordered that still are in "hand over to airline" status. It's been 24 days, I've received two other packages of mine already, but for those two the status has not been changed since, so I have no idea whether it's been lost or what.
Could you please give me some information on them?

They are still stuck in Harbin now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If they are stuck there for over 40 days, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
