My shipment has been at the US 【 United States 】 Secondary Processing Center, for 119 days now! I paid over $100, contact the sender through email, and they have ignored the fact that I need the USPS shipment information. They only give me the parcel number from China Post UJ269048286CN. What do I do?

There has not been any updates on my shipment since Oct. 28 and the oct. 28 tracking says that my shipment is at the United States level 2 processing center, I don’t even know where that is. Could you please give me and update and tell me about when I should receive my shipment?
