20 days in transit - Parcel Stuck in GUANGZHOU 2020

Hello, could You explain me what's going on with my parcel ? Tracking number: EV923044401CN Is still in China, or left the China? Tracking shows: "Your parcel has left its origin country and is on its way to the UK. Please see our enhanced help if the final destination is not the UK." But is 20 days in transit (!). I understand situation with the virus, but could You tell me how it's possible, that plain flies around 20 days from China to UK, if usuall it takes till 48 hours???

Most of the packages delivered by EMS are delayed. It was delivered to air transport on March 20 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 10-20 days (after it left China) to have upate showing it arrives in UK. You'd better wait for more days to see.
