20 days & haven’t left origin country.

I have and e-EMS packet that is stuck at a warehouse for 20 days. What is going on? When will I get my package?

Hi Jullianne,

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for two times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
