2 separate packages missing in China?!

Hello. I bought 3 items from the same seller in late February. The seller shipped them individually on March 7, 2020. I received one item March 25, 2020. The other two packages are lost or missing. There have been no updates since March 11?

Can you tell me when I will be receiving these?? They are very important packages for me.

Hi Faithe,

They are still stuck in China now. It's not normal that they are still in China. You'd better contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
