2 Parcels stuck in Guangzhou Custom for 1 month - unknown reason

1. Tracking No. LP007000098MY (sent out from Malaysia on 26/08/22)
2. Tracking no. LP007000305MY
3. Tracking Status updated as "广州市,海关通关中", "In-Transit
Guangzhou,EME"
4. Nobody answer call when called to China Post Customer service.
5. Receiver was not contacted. Very helpless. Please advise how to check what is the issue for the parcel?

Hi YC Foo,

LP007000305MY was delivered on October 21. But LP007000098MY is still at the customs now. You'd better wait for more days to see. If the receiver is not contacted, it should be delayed due to the coronavirus situation in Guangzhou.
