Hi,

If these are what you bought online, better open a dispute to where you buy as soon as possible to ask your money back. It's not normal for them taking such a long time in transit to Ireland. They should reach you within three months.

Missing parcel sent from the UK (1 reply)

I posted two parcels from the United Kingdom to China on 10th February 2017. I was told by the post office that they would be delivered by 17th February 2017.
I have been tracking these parcels, and there is no information for one package after 16th February. The other package says it was delivered on 20th February, but the person I sent it to says he has not received it.
The tracking numbers are as follows;

RU763351798GB

Please could you advise me of the actual status of these parcels.

Hello.
It’s been 34 days since I ordered my package, I just want it to arrive before or the February 14. Because it is an important present:(
When I ordered my package, it said that if I wanted to get the package before February 14, I had to order it by January 6th.
I just want to know if it really is going to arrive before the 14th :(
