2 packages with expired tracking numbers

Hello,
I have 2 packages with expired tracking numbers. Where are they and what can I do to speed it up? CP365442368CN & CP425265092CN

CP365442368CN is still in transit and hasn't been arrived.

CP425265092CN arrived in New York on Jan.16. USPS is in charge of delivering it to you. If you don't receive it in time, contact USPS to check it for you as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have been waiting for 2 parcels from China for almost 3 months now.
The last update I had, was 6 December 2021 that my parcels arrived in Vilnius Lithuania.
Since then I dont have any update about my parcels and also my tracking numbers are anymore expired.
My parcels numbers are : UU290194753CN & UU290194807CN
How much time still my parcels need to come? Why they late so much and how can I check anymore the status, while the tracking numbers are expired? If any new update is gonna happen the numbers will show me again updates or they are totally dead?
Somebody any help please, How can I check the status with expired numbers? Maybe the parcels get lost?.
