I have 2 packages sitting in shanghai,delivered to air transport stage for over 2 weeks
Tracking number 1: RE078219814CN
Tracking number 2: RE078219828CN

Just wondering what the next step is and how will this move along, i have received other packages, when will i get these packages?

Hi JayL,

They were delivered to air transport on May 23 and May 29 seperately. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Canada after they were delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
