it says two of my packages were shipped 30 days ago both LV894185991CN and LV894185890CN there has been no update since the 15th November 2023 on both packages, the last update was the 15th saying airline departure. All the other three of my packages that have said airline departure have updated to plane arriving to destination within maximum 5 days. im just wondering would you be able to help me please and thanks

The recipient has contacted to Guangzhou Customs on April 27th, 2022. The reason for holding my packages is missing the recipient’s phone number and no need to pay for import tax. The recipient gave his number, but there is no update since then. I sent these packages in February 16th and it’s been 83 days!!! I sent my packages to China, not the moon!!! Very ridiculous!!! Please find out when they will be delivered. Thank you,
