2 Packages been stuck at regional sorting centre for 10 days

These two packages were shipped 25 days ago and were meant to arrive 2 weeks ago but they’ve been stuck on arrival at regional sorting centre for nearly 10ish days when will they be dispatched?

Hi W01fy,

According to the latest tracking information, they couldn't pass the customs check and was returned back to Xiangyang city where the seller is located. You couldn't receive them. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send them again to you) as soon as possible.
