2 packages at Shanghai customs

Hi, I've got 2 packages at Shanghai customs (CD334659104JP & CJ497433904US), how can I arrange delivery and to pay any import fees that are needed? I have only recently moved to Shanghai and have no access to the phone number I used when these items were sent.

They usually are delivered after a month retained at the customs. You'd better contact China Post to check it when you are in Shanghai.

Hi, my package, CH121761699US, has been held for nearly two months with no notifications from the Shanghai Customs Office. I called the customs office and they could tell me nothing about the location of my package. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hello, i've got a present which was sent from russia to china but it was held at customs without any call or notification. How can i get my parcel?

My tracking number finally shows that my package has been moved from the Regional Sorting Center in Shanghai and today says 送交承运商 (which translates to "deliver to carrier"). I have no idea what this means, though. I also had to change my phone number recently, so the contact phone number on the package is not my current number. How do I know where to go pick it up if it doesn't get delivered to my door? How do I find out where it is being held?
