2 months with no change

89189571070 is my tracking number and its been sitting for exchange to open but not sent.... Are they ever going to send it?

Hi Tj,

89189571070 belongs to a China Post ordinary packet. It's slow, not registered and easy to be lost on the way. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it. So, there is no update after '2017-04-09 03:37 -Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open'. You can only wait for its arrival. In most cases, it takes over two months to reach.
