1.5 months, the parcel cannot be tracked

The parcel from 2020-08-14 to 2020-09-08 circled around China. Then, due to some problems at customs in Beijing, I returned back to the city of dispatch and silence... Is there any hope that I will receive the parcel and why there is no further tracking of the LA115396356CN track.

There is no hope for you to receive it. It will be returned back to the seller. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
