Now 15 days have passed and my parcel has stopped there. Can I know how long it will take for the parcel to arrive in our country? My tracking number is EV999412083CN

Hi mhashan,

It's delayed in Guangzhou now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for over 40 days, it's not normal. Then, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
