My package was not delivered, but the website says it was delivered on October 17 today is already 27 and I can not find it at the post office it is not there and the tracking number does not work in the U.S. post office.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
