What to do if tracking status says 'successfully delivered' but I didn’t receive it?

In general, if the package showing 'successfully delivered', it means the recipient has got it. If you didn’t get it, better first check P.O box or ask your friends or neighbors. One of them may receive it for you.

I never received my package it was supposed to deliver august 8 then 11-13 of august then they changed it to 14 and then 15 now the 16 of august it keeps saying Arrival at Processing center then Departure from Processing center it been a whole MONTH I even contacted the company 4 times I called the number and even left a review they even deleted there website and all I asked was about my package!! Worst customer service and they don’t care about actually delivering the package it’s a scam!!

just so bad, no help to get, and there tracking Number is bad, i can not use it in denmark, and now the package is gone, and no help to get from China Post, it was a bike i pay for that is gone, just if i had the international post code, but no we get the wrong once, we get the local once, and that is bad service, so we can not find package when they are gone, and i can not get in contact with china post, this number 86 10 11185 is no god for us outside China. So i lost a bike, thanks China post you bad service.

I ordered from the 30th of May till today I haven't received my order, no useful information when tracking it in China post it's really frustrating
